The Finger Lakes Chapter of NYSAWA is the host affiliate group for NYSAWA’s Annual Conference this year, and is busy planning and preparing for the event. We are looking forward to seeing each of you at the conference. It promises to be a weekend filled with opportunities for learning and growth, as well as the chance to network with others from throughout the state. The Finger Lakes Chapter hosted an affiliate meeting on November 18, 2004 at Woodcliff Lodge. A presentation by Susan Gray, Superintendent of Penfield School District, Tim McElheran, Superintendent of Victor Central Schools, and Diane Reed, Superintendent of Honeoye Falls-Lima School District highlighted the event. The presenters shared tips and strategies for getting a job in educational administration, including interviewing skills, résumé writing and the importance of the cover letter.
