Description:
The administrator will be responsible for the leadership related to curriculum, instruction, and management in the grades 9-12 school building. The high school principal is responsible for the ongoing operations of their school buildings, to ensure high levels of student achievement for all students, and to provide oversight and guidance for the administration of all activities/functions within the school. The successful candidate will report to the superintendent and will work collaboratively with all other administrators and staff (both instructional/non-instructional) to ensure the effective operation of the school, achievement of district and building goals, and implementation of the VCSD Board of Education policies and directives.
