We are excited to announce the return of our annual NYSAWA conference this summer! The dates for this year’s conference are August 7-8 in Poughkeepsie, NY, and we hope you will join us! Registration for the conference will open in April.
Call for presentation proposals!
This year’s conference theme is “Lessons in Leadership.” We invite leaders in education to submit presentation proposals and share their insights, experiences, and perspectives on leadership in today’s dynamic world.
The event aims to explore various facets of leadership, including but not limited to:
- Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Overcoming Barriers to Success
- Empowering and Sponsoring Future Women Leaders
- Transformational Leadership in the Digital Age
- Ethical Leadership and Social Responsibility
- Adaptive Leadership in Times of Crisis
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Leadership
- Leading Through Change and Uncertainty
- Innovation and Creativity in Leadership Practices
- Building Resilient and Sustainable Leadership Cultures
- Authentic Leadership and Personal Development
- Leadership Communication and Influence Strategies
We encourage presentations that offer practical insights, evidence-based strategies, case studies, and innovative approaches to leadership development and practice. We are accepting proposals for both one-hour breakout sessions and keynote presentations.
We welcome submissions from seasoned professionals, emerging leaders, and scholars alike.
