The Holley Central School District seeks a dynamic educational leader who instills confidence in all constituencies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising student achievement so all learners can acquire the skills, knowledge and attitudes to become responsible and productive citizens in a diverse and changing society.
The successful candidate will be one who possesses a solid background in P-12 curriculum, instruction, and best practices in special education as well as English language learning; strong interpersonal and communication skills; a focus on strategic planning, setting goals and emphasizing accountability; experience in teaching and building-level leadership.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing innovative programming for all students; will be one who has experience improving instructional practices and can motivate staff; will recognize the variety of challenges families face and provide assistance by guiding district administration and staff in finding creative solutions for the entire community; will be one who embraces diversity; treating each other with mutual respect, dignity and honesty.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000.
